What we include:

  • Coordination of Concrete Foundation.

  • Custom Home, factory built, delivered to your site and permanently attached to concrete foundation

  • We connect your home to utilities (water, waste, gas, electricity)

  • We get home past inspections and ready to occupy

  • We coordinate all of the above

We offer 2 Unfinished options

  • Unfinished: Unpainted walls with unfinished plywood floor

  • Factory Finishes: Painted walls with finishes from the factory.

    The Factory Finishes option includes painted walls and pre-selected interior finishes completed at the factory for a turnkey experience.
